\nConnecting Translations was born in 2018, driven by the vision of Tatiana Peregr\u00edn, a translator with extensive experience in the sector who decided to take a step forward to transform the way translation agencies work with their clients. Her goal was clear: to offer a service that was closer, more human and adapted to the real needs of each client, leaving behind the impersonal and generic approaches she had found in other companies.
\nThe road has not been easy. In 2020, the pandemic was a huge challenge, affecting both the industry and Tatiana’s personal life, as she was also facing a new phase as a mother. Added to this, the growing impact of artificial intelligence in the translation industry raised new questions about how to remain relevant and add value in a constantly evolving market.
\nHowever, every obstacle became an opportunity for learning and growth. Through hard work, resilience and a tireless passion for what we do, Connecting Translations emerged stronger than ever.In 2022, Raquel Ruiz joins the team as CEO, bringing a new strategic perspective and consolidating the company’s commitment to continue offering an exceptional, people-centred service. Today, Connecting Translations is not just a translation agency; it is the result of years of hard work, self-improvement and a latent desire to do things differently. I am Raquel Ruiz Mu\u00f1oz<\/a>, director of Connecting Translations, project manager and professional translator. I have a degree in Translation and Interpreting from the University of Granada, I am a Sworn Translator-Interpreter of English appointed by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, and I am currently studying a Law Degree at the UNED. \nSince I was very young, I have always been enthusiastic about languages and travelling, getting to know new cultures and learning from them, which is why, when the time came, I chose to study translation. After several years working as a project manager for other companies, I decided to embark on this adventure and set up my own translation agency.
\nConnecting Translations is a translation agency made up of professional freelance translators and managed by my colleague Raquel and myself. As a translator, I take care of legal translations <\/a>and video translations <\/a>from English and French into Spanish, as well as sworn translations from English<\/a>. As a project manager, I am in charge of answering any queries you may have, preparing a quote tailored to your needs and assigning your project to the most suitable translator.<\/p>\n<\/p>\nRAQUEL RUIZ<\/h3>\n
\nI have always loved languages, so after studying for my degree and working for a few years as a hotel receptionist, I joined this fantastic project of running Connecting Translations together with my partner Tatiana.
